3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
   • Refund requests must be made within 5 days of purchase. They will be reviewed and processed based on product and case details.
   • Refunds will be credited via the original payment method within 3 to 5 business working days.
   • Cancellations made before the order is processed are eligible for a full refund. Once processing has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
4. Shipping and Delivery
   • Shipping costs and timeframes are displayed at checkout. We strive to meet delivery timelines, but delays may occur due to courier or logistical issues.
